Alice Pearl focuses on transactional estate planning, advanced tax and gift planning, trust administration, and probate. Alice has experience assisting high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families with estate tax reduction, property tax mitigation, multigenerational planning, and family business succession. Alice’s estate planning experience also includes drafting and implementing Revocable Trusts, Wills, and Powers of Attorney. Alice believes that effectively communicating to clients the real-world implications of their trust clauses is key to a well-crafted estate plan.
Alice joined the firm as a Senior Associate in April 2024, bringing years of experience as a transactional estate planner. She has extensive expertise in creating, drafting, and implementing estate plans for individuals and families, including high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Alice also has significant experience managing trust and estate administrations, focusing on minimizing beneficiary disputes and preserving trust assets for future generations.
Alice received her J.D. from UCLA in Los Angeles in 2015. Additionally, she graduated with high honors from UCSB with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Anthropology in 2012. She is admitted to practice in California and is a member of the Trust and Estates Section of the California State Bar.
