Briana Mora specializes in matters related to estate planning, advanced tax and gift planning, business transactions and probate and trust administration. Briana’s practice is informed by her experience in assisting high net worth individuals and families with multigenerational planning and family business succession. Briana’s estate planning experience includes drafting and implementing Wills, Revocable Trusts, and Financial and Health Care Powers of Attorney.
Prior to joining the firm as an associate in January 2021, Briana honed her skills as the firm’s law clerk from 2019-2020. Before joining the firm, Briana worked as an extern for a multinational fashion retailer’s in-house business legal team, and also participated in the Sales & Use Tax Clinic during her time at Loyola Law School, where she assisted taxpayers with their sale and use tax matters before the State Board of Equalization.
