Jennifer joined Kopple, Klinger, and Elbaz in 2019. Her areas of practice include estate and gift planning, probate and trust administration, taxation, and corporate transactions.
Jennifer specializes in implementing advanced wealth transfer strategies aimed at minimizing estate and income taxes, maximizing asset protection, and effectively distributing wealth to the beneficiaries of high-net worth individuals and families. She handles contracts and transactions relating to the formation, management, and transfer of corporate entities. She also works with private and public organizations to obtain tax-exempt status, and advises on continuing compliance issues that arise under both state and federal law.
Jennifer earned her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law where she served as an editor of the Hastings Law Journal. She received her B.A. from Pomona College.
