Jessica L. Sibony’s practice focuses on estate planning, trust administration, taxation, and business matters. Jessica uses her experience to provide efficient and high qualify representation to individuals, families, and closely held businesses.
Within the field of estate planning, Jessica’s experience includes both drafting of well-crafted estate planning documents with the goal of simplifying future trust administration while ensuring the client’s intentions are met and drafting and implementing complex estate planning strategies for her clients to maximize family wealth while minimizing income, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes.
Jessica also assists clients with complex trust and probate administration matters, including advising and assisting trustees and fiduciaries with respect to their duties, asset allocation to minimize future estate taxes, and preparation and filing of Estate Tax Returns. With respect to trust and estate administration, Jessica’s goal is to assist clients with administering their loved ones estates with as little conflict as possible while avoiding costly and lengthy litigation. To do so, Jessica works diligently at communication with all parties and urges families to enter into settlement discussions and mediations with the goal of resolving issues and allowing for the estate administration process to continue seamlessly.
Jessica’s experience also includes business succession planning, entity formation, non-profit formation, and marital agreements.
Jessica received her J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 2012. Additionally, she graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Political Science in 2009. She is admitted to practice in California and is a member of the Trust and Estates Section of the California State Bar.
